found this track...i think it's the other jay-z/quik collabo that was supposed to be on the Black album...maybe?

it's produced by quik and has jayz and snoop on it...the beat is best unreleased quik beat i've heard...he definitely has to release it...

This is a homemade remix.  I think that's a Knoc-Turn'al beat (LA Night And Day?).
