Bubba Loc from the C-Walk video football game

Does anybody remember this funny ass dude from rollin 60s that was on the c walk way of livin video/dvd, who was talkin to the camera with somebody else from 60s before the football game? He said somethin stupid like "this man right here got cut from the rams, now he playin for tha crip football league. He ain't got no lotion on his knees but thas iite" and later he had on a "I'm Ghetto" t-shirt.

Well anyways, dudes name is Bubba Loc, and I didn't kno he was a real comedian. I saw him on Comic View on BET the other nite, and it definitely was him, and he even had a 60'd up outfit on.
