My west coast wishlist for 2004...
« on: December 25, 2003, 04:33:18 AM »
Alright...everybody, drop 10 wishes that you "wish" could happen in 2004, whether they are supposed to happen already, or whether it's a 1/1 billion chance of it happenin.

1. Dre and Snoop drop some more heat!
2. The west coast at least gets some party songs on radio tv and clubs
3. All, well at least most of this beef will end
4. Crooked I will shake from Death Row and get with ANYBODY else
5. Ras Kass can get outta jail and come back with some dopeness
6. The west can return at least to where they were in 2000
7. Dre works with some new west coast artists
8. DJ Quik drops another album, and gets national and worldwide acclaim from it
9. Bad Azz blows the fuck up
10. At least three west coast albums go platinum...I'd be happy with that.

Crooked I releases his LP.
Sly Boogy's album is solid and does good.
Knumskull releases his LP.
Strong Arm Steady's album does good.
West Coast Latin Hip Hop elevates past the Cholo shit.
Xzibit starts working with Likwit and drops Dre and them.
Brotha Lynch Hung hits us with another masterpiece.
Snoop either makes good music or retires.
DJ Khalil gets the props he deserves.
Cypress Hill/Soul Assassins hit us with more than a few LPs.

-Crooked I drops an album - be it with Death Row or anybody else.
-Like SGV said, Snoop either does good music again or retires.
-The west gets some shine in the spotlight again.
-The end of beefing.
-New artists from the West get put on (The Game has a good chance...)
-We see more stuff from the Likwit crew. Personally, I'd like to see a new Liks  album before anything else, but anything from them is good.
-Warren G brings new dope G-funk material to the table. (Please God!)
-We see DJ Quik more (He's finally off to a start outside the West with the Head of State score and a spot on Jigga's record.)
-The dozens of dope, skillful artists from the West who've been in the game for years now finally get the respect they deserve. (Yeah, in our dreams...)
-We get to hear from Hittman again.
-Detox drops and blows our fuckin' minds.

(Whoops, that's eleven. Oh well, who fuckin cares.)
