Just like most of the stuff in the bible, I think it'll 'sneak' in. No christian, or muslim, or anybody pretty much religious would let something like this go down, they'd all raise hell, but, if at the time, say... it's illegal to practice religion, then they could arrest them all and implant chips in prison, etc. or something like that.
