Damn, it seems like its official. If you head over to http://www.westsideconnection.org it appears to be down right now. I think all future tour dates have been cancelled and apparently Cube skipped appearing on Jimmy Kimmel to film more scenes on his new movie. I personally feel this is a new low for the West Coast. We've lost the possible N.W.A reunion, the 213 album's dropped off the radar (for now anyway), Dre is taking several years to release his next CD 'Detox' (as usual), and now this! I am trying to stay positive and hopefully the West will drop some dope new releases this year, but this is without doubt a sad day for the West Coast and all the 'Dub S C G' fans. PLEASE turn out to be false!  :'(

I know that Cube is filming here in Vancouver.  But unless it's a under a tight deadline, I'm sure they'd let him leave to promote other projects.

That's fucked up. If turns out to be true, it may have been something over some argument or shit like that. I mean, they just released a record and are promoting it , appearing everywhere and shit, you know, it's obvious there were no plans on breaking up just yet. So maybe they had an argument over some shit and they said "well,fuck it, let's split, i dont wanna see your asses no mo". I mean, that would be sth like a rushed decision, not anything they cant work out. Let's hope so.

As for the website being down...it surely must be casual. You know, it aint like they break up and they be callin like "take the website down". They are a music group and bizness is over all that shit. They dont give a fuck if there a website or anything, they may dont even know.

Man, I SERIOUSLY hope this shit is just some crazy rumour... I mean it sounds un-fucking-believable when they just had this new album and all this promotion goin' on... Crazy shit. It's got to be either a crazy rumour or a promo stunt but I seriously can't think of anybody doing a promo stunt like this. Fuck this man, shit's unreal.

Fuck....I was supposed to hit up their concert this last Saturday with Englewood, but like he said because of weather they couldn't make it...but Knoc-Turn'al did make it and he said something like "I promise you guys, I know for a fact, Westside Connection wanted to be here, but the weather messed everything up because they were coming by vehicle instead of plane...so the concert is supposed to be rescheduled within a week"...if anyone wants any pics of the concert (Knoc-Turn'al, Cool Nutz, Maniac Loc, Brotha Luv, etc....just let me know how to post pics on WCC.......

Oh well. If they broke up, they broke up. It's time for the old rappers to bounce. Cube and Dub been out 15+, Dime is about 10 years deep. They're times are over.
