Pretty soon Snoop will be replacing his cleats with his Chuck Taylor sneakers. The Dogg is almost done with the 213 group album, and he expects the LP to be out in the next couple of months (see "Warren G Calls 213 A 'No-Brainer,' Raps Over 'Sesame Street' Track With Snoop". Later this year he'll start on his next solo album.

"I think it's about time for another Snoop Dogg record," he said. "Dr. Dre is working on [his album,] I'm working on Snoopafly the Movie: The N---a You Hate to Love. It's gonna be like a movie. It ain't gonna be nothing you seen this fly since 'Superfly.' ... That's how I want my record to be like, 'Superfly' the movie and the impact. When you seen Priest hit the screen for the first time, you fell in love with his hair, his clothes, his look, his attitude, his will to succeed. That's what you're gonna do when my record comes out. That's why I call it Snoopafly."

It's unclear whether P. Diddy will executive produce the entire project, but he'll produce at least two tracks, and it's probable that Snoop and Pharrell Williams will reunite again on the disc.

"It's time for me to make another elite record that stands strong just like I am," he declared. "I'm probably going to use a lot of heavyweight producers and not a lot of guest rappers. [I want] to handle my own weight on this record."

Snoop carried his own weight on the football field Saturday night in his team's 29-8 pounding of the Gunslingers. He had three catches.

glad to see 213 comin...........the way i see it is that even if the record ain't that tight =, just be having those 3 all on the same record there is bound to be at least a couple bangers

btw it sounds like snoopafly will just be a better version of paid the cost.......glad to see not alot of features though, hopefully just a few family type features

Well I could give a fuck if the album is coming out knowing that 99% of the tracks they've done is bullshit.But if the album's good then I'm cool wit it.But like I said,if the album is gonna be straight garbage then it would be better if wouldn't come out at all.I mean it's just gonna get us disapointed and make us have a bad opinion on the group.

it didn't sound like dre was neccessarily behind the boards though, it seemed like they asked him bout dre and he just replied he's working on his album, and i'm workin on mine
