Damn man, this track has only appeared on mixtapes recently but has been around for literally ages! I first heard it off of this 'Exclusives Central' mixtape and that was at least six months ago. But check it out man, I'm thinking about downloading AIM so I might be able to hit you up through that, but if not I could post it through MSN Messenger since I've heard you can send files that way. I have the full track in CDQ and with no DJ shout outs, off of the afore-mentioned mixtape. If you can get at me through MSN let me know and I'll hit you up with it when I get a chance. Its a dope track, by the way! 8)

"Runnin" a boring beat? That shit's incredible IMO. Now "One Day At A Time" is pretty damn boring if ya ask me.

Yeah, I hear what people are saying. I thought it was a cool track with some quality lyrics by Red. Em's beat had that typical dark, goth type sound to it that you find in a lot of his other productions. So I'd say it was worth hearing but that said, its not exactly a song I listen to often.

runnin was a boring beat, any producer could have made it, the only thing i liked was the sped up sample for the corus, and its not like hes origninal with that... (kanye)

Eminem (IMO) has only made 3 dope beats

Renegade
Runnin'
Till I Collapse

thats it, the rest of them are really repetitive and get boring quick.
