You need to ask a lawyer for information about criminal law. It would depend alot on if they are underage, and what other cases the state has against them. You're in Cali and the three strikes law in that state has dudes in jail for life for stealing a pizza because they had prior convictions.

this kid down street who has been givin me shit for years..Callin the cops etc..his lil sister told one of my friends that he has 3000$ cash in his room in a drawer...i went in there went into his room and he was sleepin' i was like fuck and walked out quietly..I had a skimask on and everythin soo i was set if he woke up.

yeah if ur homies got strikes already it might be bad

if hes underage, nothings going to happen except he has to attend some stupid class about stealing and vandalizing and shit. and after 18, the shit gets dropped and erased from his record.
