I think that it should be up to the families of the victoms in murder trail. I would say child molesting, but child molesters usually get butt raped almost everyday anways, and I think that's worst. I personally don't believe in the death penalty, as it's wrong, and we have no rights to take ones life. But the U.S. knew our presedent had more people killed than any other governor in the history or the United States, so him being elelcted says that the U.S. supports the death sentance, so we have to go with it. (though Bush didn't even win the popular vote)

i don't believe in execution under any circumstances.

altho i believe hardened criminals/lifers shouldn't lounge around in jail all day and that they should be put to work... doing the kind of stuff asian sweatshop workers do.

Me neither, like Overseer and Mdogg said, it aint right, no one has the right to take some ones life.  
They should however, like seer said, be made to work n all dat shit, they should get a better education, should be tought about the right things and about God...etc....

i dont believe in the justice system being able to put someone to death...
but then again i know if someone i cared for was the victim of a child molester or rapist, i'd kill the offender myself so it's hard to say
