i was reading in this book the other day of how this local hero died. all the townsfolks were devastated because they all loved him.....one day a bunch of them were sitting around talking and out of nowhere someone said 'we're going to have to let him go. we're going to have to give him his peace.'

first thought that popped in my head was pac. i'm one of the biggest pac fans out there and i still believe that no one has or ever will touched my life like pac has. but the fact his, we gotta let him go. enough of this bickering back and forth about how much skill he had or how he was the GOAT. fact is, he was a human. he lived. he died. it's over. nothing can change any of the facts anymore, cuz it's over. let's let him rest.

i can't stand it when someone is talkin shit about a dead man, so i get heated when people talk shit about him. but i guess it gets no one anywhere, so i'm gonna try stop defending it. ya'll got your opinions and i got mine. yet the fact remains, he's dead. let's let him Rest in Peace.

A lot of people have.. but the thing is some people have only just 'found pac' and get very passionate in defense of their hero. Its not going to stop.

I'm sure some people are the same way about Elvis or John Lennon many more years later.

There is truth in this though. Which I see as being that people have to come to this conclusion in their own time.

Exactly...I used to be one of those fans who are extremely passionate when it comes to Pac, but as times passes, you get older, learn more & after a while you can accept the reality
