Redfern da place of lonesome-beats, where every aboriginal kid carries shanks chromes-n-heat...
Every boy at age of 10 is stoned-n-shit, now even police to scared to roam-the-streets...
Kids encoured to inhale-on-the-dro, n jack policemen then 5 yr ol kids even wail-on-the-hoe...
The government has failed-in-its-role, but only realised this when my 2nd cousin was impaled-on-a-pole...
We got a very light-hope, coz the govt got us in nooses n kill us wit a tight-rope...
Our ppls survival? we might-cope, but we gotta stop blamin shit on the white-folk...
Its like we got no-time, our dads beat our mums so how can we look up to the grown-kind...
We gotta show-minds, we cant get respect wen our leader gang rapes girls of our own-kind...
We sposed to share-the-world, we fkn sick of politicz so on the block we use street warfare-for-words...
Then we considered lairs-n-herbs, but we rioted our msg across so loudly dat it scared-the-'burbs...
Now u dealin wit enraged-kids, coz u thinkin u can put us all in 1 place so wed go away r u deranged-bitch?...
Its strange-this, that yall rich muthafuckaz sayin u should Bulldoze Redfern but it wnt change-shit...
Shit digs deep into my chest-till-i-chuck, do we gotta injure 40 more officers to show the rest-of-u-fuckz...
Coz the best-of-our-luck, came wen australia finally woke-up 2 da problem 2 bad it came at the death-of-my-cuz...

n thats real... i visited redfern n 'the block' the day of the riots.... how we sposed to stand up from our hole when our leaders are diggin us deeper... million sof dollars going to our departments but we aint seein shit n they aint doin shit
