Tash - sickest delivery in the game and great lyrics, alltho his solo album was relatively weak (due to it's production) his shit with tha alkaholiks (first 3 albums were underground) is some of the best music i have ever heard

they arent really underground no more, well, atleast XO Experience wasn't, they're supposed to go back to their older (more underground) style tho on firewater

J/K but if you mean underground, such as underground style, then Murs honestly is one of my favorites, because I can relate to what he says, and I have seen him grow as a rapper so I am biased. But most underground style artists don't do much for me.

As far as underground, meanin those who could be commercially succesful but just haven't got a break, Sly Boogy ras kass and crooked i are my favs.
