just got to say kurupt - space boogy, space oddessey
« on: March 26, 2004, 06:39:06 PM »
is a tight ass album, i started liking it better than street is a mutha (cause i overplayed all the songs on that one heh), nate dogg sure helped this album album so did fred wreck

however i have a question, it seems kurupt is representing "dr dre, eminem, dpg" on this album, yet he has a song with fred durst (who eminem had beef with) and there is not a single DR DRE Produced track? sup with that... kind of weird if you ask him since kurupt appeared on dr dre 2001 and always gave props dr dre........ man i wish kurupt would make an album like this one again..... too bad it will never happen cause he joined deathrow :(

I am a pretty big kurupt fan, but this album was crap. sure, it had a couple bangers but thats it, below average album. this does not even come close to tha streetz.

Yeah that was like the team on that album Kurupt / Fredwreckdafied / Nate Dogg. I was gonna make a thread about this album cause I bumped it the whole week...I have no idea why it was hated on, it had a couple heaters like Cant Go Wrong, Space Boogie, Hardest MF, Bring Back the G Ish, and On Onsite which had probably one of the best beats of the year (but Kurupt had to mess it up with the lyrics). Great album

It got hated on because of "It's Over."
01. Intro - 1:50
02. Space Boogie (featuring Nate Dogg) - 4:11
03. Hate On Me (featuring Soopafly & Damani) - 3:48

06. Can't Go Wrong (featuring DJ Quik & Butch Cassidy) - 4:03
07. On, Onsite (featuring Lil 1/2 Dead) - 4:19
08. Sunshine (featuring Jon B) - 4:52
09. The Hardest Mutha Fucka's (featuring Xzibit, Nate Dogg & MC Ren) - 4:31
10. Gangsta's (featuring Daz Dillinger) - 4:30
11. Bring Back That G Shit (featuring Snoop Dogg & Goldie Loc) - 4:30

13. Just Don't Give A Fuck (featuring DJ Lethal) - 5:00
14. At It Again (featuring Fingazz) - 3:33
15. Kuruption (featuring Everlast) - 5:53

17. Bitches (featuring Roscoe & Butch Cassidy) Bonus Track

Aside from 4, 5, 12 and 16, the rest of the album was banging.

the production & features are good, but Kurupts shitty raps (yes it started after Streetz) & constant fake ass Dre Snoop Eminem dick riding ruins the album.

My favorite on there was the Quik produced one "Cant Go Wrong"

"Bitches" wasn't the bonus track on all the copies...Some had "The Life I Live," and some had "Have Fun" (Featuring Tha Liks)..."The Life I Live" is probably one of the better tracks off the album...Production-wise, this album is great...PeACe

God damn! I never knew there was a bonus trac. I'ma check mines in a sec. But the album's good though. Not great, and mos def ain't shit compared to "Streetz", but it's good. Tracs 7, 10, and 16 were the best 3 IMO.

Liked the whole album - sure there are some 'average' tracks, but nothing below that... shit, even 'It's Over' is kinda fun for what it is (a novelty record).
