Crooked I aint hot anymore either and I dont really think Balance is as good as people say. Balance will never be up with E-40 aka 40 Water or, B Legit, Dru Down, 4Tay, Droop, JT and them niggaz.

Real talk vegaz. Balance is cool but hes no "new bay" and Shade/Balance CERTAINLY AINT THE NEW WEST!!!!!!!!! I would call it, "Newbie Yay MC meets Hip-pop MC". Shades aight but he needs to leave the mainstream shit alone and do some street shit with someone like Eastsidaz or G-Fellas/Slowpain.

Shade Sheist is aight, I never heard his album, but he is decent.  I'm down with anything Crooked I is on as long as it ain't wit some wack bustaz like Murder Inc.  Although I highly doubt this is really gonna happen, since crook don't even have a solo album out (which I am sure is his priority)

The funny thing is, Shade Sheist has become a very wealthy artist due in part to all of the hate he gets. It seems like it's in his best interest to keep yall hating him. I know he's pissing all of you off everytime your favorite artists confirm that they are working with him.

Also, to clarify the "New West" project... It is not only a collaboration between Shade Sheist & Balance, it is all of the Bay's 'Next Gen' artists teaming up with all of SoCal's 'Next Gen' artists, which include N.U.N.E., Techniec & Crooked I.

I'm sure Shade won't be disappointed if he loses out on 5 records sales since the haters obviously won't be supporting any of his projects. But a lot of you need to wake up and recognize who is doing what for the WestCoast. Like him or not, he's bringing WestCoast artists together, something that is very necessary for the revival of a Coast that is slowly being forgotten about.
