how to improve my sound and speakers on my pc?

damn i cant even listen to it loud the voice fucks up and the beat gets all "BASSy" and shit it sux what do i need? i tried to use equilizers it just ameks it worse and i tried to use different audio playing shit like WMA, winamp, real, and music match and it all sux im thinking about getting new speakers or soundcard... anybody have any suggestions?

Creative 5.1 Surround Sound with matching soundcard is what I'm on. 8)

i recommend new speakers but if u want suround sound get Creative 5.1 Surround Sound sound card wit the creative lab 5.1 speakers den ur world of music will come to life ;)

I got the creative 5.1 soundcard and it is dope  as fuck.  I only got 2 speakers and a sub, but shit bumps and sounds  nick as hell.

They're proffesional studio 'monitor' speakers.  I got them out the back of some doods SUV at the mall 2 years ago for $400.00
