what we we know for sure is that ice cube and tupac are both the absolute best ever period. They did one song together, wish it was a full album. Very hard to say, but I would pick 1st cube then tupac simply because cube is the OG and opened up the doors for tupac in the rap and movie worlds.
But major props need to be given out to MC Ren, WC and the DOC.
