Download Bulletproof FTP, or something similar from Download.com, crack it, and search for a lil turorial..

nah, with software like bulletproof ftp or guildftp you set up ftp on your pc, create directories and groups and create logins for these groups, that people will use to access the files in the directory.you allocate the folders that you want the login to have access to, and you can choose whether the user has the ability to upload, download, create new files etc etc. you will also need a prog like no-ip duc because when you access an ftp server it asks for the ip, but this changes every time you connect to the net. no-ip duc allows you to create a custom ip address that will give everyone access to the server.

people can only access the ftp as long as your pc is connected to the net...just in case you didnt know...
