rule #1.. before you sleep, never do nothing.. try drink some water, or better yet some juice... cola/soda can make you hurl depending how fucked you are. eating is good too.. esp bread apparently.rule #2.. eat when u get up.. eat nothing ott.. something toast for that carbon... the vitamin C in OJ is also supposed to be good. probably just psycological, line ya stomach.rule #3.. once you wake up dont go back to sleep.. you'll end up feeling worse next time you come around!probably best to just have a lil water/something before bed, and when u get up and shower/eat... u'll be fine...
Drink lots of water before you go to bed. Smoke a joint the next day if youre hung over, then go back to bed.
