depends on the website...guess if its porn you can tell by the amount of people who stay on one page for 5-10 minutes at a time  

or you could invent a supercomputer that taps into the users brainwaves to sense what your thinking...just a thought

well I'll tell ya I'm about as lazy as it gets when it comes to the internet.  if you wanted my user satisfaction, I want it really eazy.  I am not gonna fill out a survey, its much less time to click a button, than answer questions.
