yeah, it's cuz u ain't that fit. once u get used to it, u don't feel as stiff. takes a few days to feel better. but then it takes about 2-3 weeks to stop gettin ur muscles acheing and feelin stiff. It's jus cuz tha Lactic Acid is built up, and untill ur body makes it easier for it to go, it'll hurt. Jus keep workin out and u'll be fine in a week or 2
man take it very slow when you are first starting out. You don't want to overtrain. Make sure you know what you are doing so that you don't waste time.Here is a good site http://www.bodybuilding.com/it has a lot of info in the message boards.
