Yea....how did the pistons ever beat them.

Lakers on the other hand. Beat last years champions, and timberwolves with the MVP.

...and were beatin in game 1, at home, by a team with less rest then them, who is the underdog.

guess u forgot that one.

LOL@all these Laker haters jumping on Detroits dick...

naw, not at all. i still think LA will win this series. But Detroit is for real. And i hate how Laker fans lose a game, then try to act afterwards like their team didnt try to win...or like the game means nothing lol. If you guys lost the whole series, youd say that the team didnt want to win lol. Or at the very least, make up SOME sort of excuse. Just accept the loss, and move on. U guys lost game 1, u were out played. Period. Now youve got to get homecourt back. Like i said before, it doesnt mean that Detroit is gonna win. But they are up 1-0...and im positive that LA would rather be up 1-0.

extreme fact: for the first time since '94 neither Horry nor Kerr wins the NBA Championship... now aint that sick?
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

Well you know I'm an anti-laker fan...so I cheer for the opponent whoever it is.

What does Larry Brown have to do with the 76ers getting swept after a win against the Lakers in the finals?

Phil Jackson ain't shit.

GAME 2 of the 2004 NBA FINALS to start now - it's about to get ugly! lol

im gonna update this post... during timeouts and shit.. to keep myself awake .. I dont wanna fall asleep again during the 3rd quarter like in game 1

well.. the guys who said detroit aint shit for the lakers and game 1 doesnt mean anything.. you got proven wrong..
.. you also have to take into a account that normally detroit had won this game because the 3-point-game of shaq at the end of regular time wasnt justified since that wasnt no fault at all.

of course it is, LA is a bigger sports market then either team in the finals last year. Also, NJ had just been in the finals so there wasnt huge anticipation. Detroit hasnt been there in what..13-14 yrs? So their city has been waiting.
