I woke up yesterday mornin' at 7:29 AM & walked outside and sat on my porch. I wasn't even out there for more than two minutes before my brother (Big Fase 100) walked outside his back porch from his house across the street. I looked at him, he looked at me & I could see it in his eyes from 50 feet away that he was bothered by sum'n. Seconds later he yells out they found Billboard dead in Gardena witt multiple shots in his chest. It was so unreal to me I just walked back in the house to my room and layed on my bed to find out only seconds later that this heart breakin' news my brother just gave me was definitely true. I looked at my Nextel & saw that I had 37 missed calls. I immediately checked my voicemail. I had more than 20 sum'n messages sayin my nigga was murdered on 6-2-04 at 9:33 PM in Garedena Ca. I threw up instantly ! I crawled back under my blanket & cried what seemed like a river on my pillows for the next 2 1/2 hours. After I realized that my nigga wouldnt be pullin up on the block ever again, I threw up again. Walked back outside & seen that the block was full of friends & family. Most in tears, the rest in disbelief. I spent the rest of the day talkin to homies, tryna encourage my niggas not to do no dumb shit & if we felt we had to do sum'n to be as strategic about it as possible. My phone rang every 15-20 sceonds all day & hasn't stopped. Yesterday was without a doubt the worst day in my 24 years of existence on this earth. I woke up today hopin' that yesterday was a bad dream but when I walked outside this mornin' & everybody was on the block except "Big Will". I'm still tryna get myself to believe my nigga is gone but reality is that he wont ever pull up on the block, hop out and throw up a "B" again. All he wanted to do was finish his mixtape. He pulled me to the side the day he died & asked me Chuck, you think they know who I am

Yeah they do homie, & you will be forever missed and always remembered blood. I love you homie & I know you watchin over all of us. Tell Mausberg they got one more nigga to kill before this Compton shit die my nigga. I never told you how many labels we're callin tryna set up meetings to negotiate signin' you because I wanted you to stay hungry, but I think in time you would have been the greatest M.C. to come out of Compton homie. As I type witt tears drenchin my Reebok sweats all I can think of is the last thing you told me before you left, September Chuck, September !!! I will always love you nigga, and I promise Compton will return to it's rightful place in hip hop...........
