deco and rui costa cant both play together as rui costa is to old and with figo slow to, its theres no protection for the back so with costinha and and the other midfeilder, they giv protection to ronaldo deco and figo and they aint gotta do much tracking back, but i gotta admit, deco was muthafucking annoying at times today, giving the ball away, but his better than rui costa, his younger and runs more.........

Deco and Ronaldo did fuck all in the 2nd half, they should have been taken off earlier in the 2nd half..
IMO, putting Rui Costa & Nuno Gomes on the bench is pure stupidity, Rui Costa is worldclass, and look who lethal Nuno Gomes was when he came on, he's 2 leagues above Pauleta.

But Spain was poor as well, so they didn't get punished for it..
Giving Morientes 10 minutes is pure jokes, he could have started with both Torres & Morientes on top, and have Raul as attacking midfielder and playmaker..
You don't give the Champions League topscorer 10 minutes when you desperately need a goal to advance..  
Even Postiga would have done a better job than Pauleta have done so far in the tournament.

valente played well, ronaldo did well to but rui costa aint world class, thats why he aint in the team, im sure gomez will start next game, his better than pauleta, but he started cuz he proven to be a goal scorer, but gomez iis better and should start next game after that game, and rui costa and deco play same posistion, so rui gotta go in my opinion as he aint good enough........ronaldo gotta continue to start matches ahead of simao.........everything scolari did in the game turned out to be good, portugal won, gomez came on and scored, rui didnt play.......but im sure he'll play some aprt in the next game.......

and yeah, spain dropped morientes??.......why the fuck they do that...........spain were weak, and are out, didnt think personally theyd do much, though vicente is sick.....

i wanted portugal to win though, so im pleased
