M. Night Shyalaman (sp.) always comes correct in his movies so I'm positive it's gonna be dope.

i reckon this film is gonna be fuckin awful

I loved Unbreakable, except the ending/twist was pretty rushed.

I never got into The Sixth Sense but it was alright.

Signs was a fucking insult to the audience, especially the ending/twist

The ending of The Village has been leaked over the net and script reviews have appeared. It sounds like his worst yet, the ending is pretty laughable. Though after the ending was leaked apparently he went back and re-shot it - let's hope that will provide some improvement
"We need to find courage, overcome
Inaction is a weapon of mass destruction"
- Faithless - Mass Destruction

"It's better to help people than garden gnomes."
- Amelie (2001)

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
- Franklin Roosevelt

"Power to the people, not the governments."
- Chuck D

"The possibility of physical and mental breakdown is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride."
- Raoul Duke

I gotta agree with ya, the twist to Signs was very weak. Other than that, excellent movie.

whats it about?

Covington Pennsylvania is a nice quiet town surrounded by a beautiful forest where strange, and unseen creatures live. The people of Covington have a small, yet essential agreement with these creatures. Do not to come to our village, we will not come to your woods. It's as simple as that. But Lucius, one of the townfolk, realizes it's not fair to be completely confined to the town, and goes into the woods for something no one knows about. Not long after, the town is under attack. Red blood slashes are found on the doors all over the village, and pretty soon, the creatures have agreed with Lucius. Why stay in the woods when there's a village to be explored, and people to be hunted.

little more info and the poster art...i almost forgot about this movie

Set in rural Pennsylvania in 1897, about a small village with only a population of 60, surrounded by woods inhabited by a race of "mythical creatures," and the romance that blossoms between Kitty, the daughter of the town's leader, and Lucius, a young man. The village becomes threatened when Lucius questions the policy of keeping the citizens completely confined to the village and the treaty with the creatures seemingly comes to an end.
