I just wanted to remind everyone of one of the, if not the, greatest soccer player ever. Also, what are your guys' thoughts on this legend? You England fans probably have something to say... ;)

LoL I was kinda expecting that from some of you. So that second goal in '86 where he took the ball for 60 meters past the whole English team.... awesome eh?

Good goal, but he may of never of scored it if he hadn't of cheated for his first goal.  Don't get me wrong, he cheated and he got away with it, when you think about it, its fair play to the man.  I fucking love England to death and shit and I hate the little fat fucker for doing it but fuck it, it was a long time ago, I ain't got time to be pissed about some shit that happened that long ago.  He cheated, and got away with it, he may of scored a goal and won over the 90 minutes but he discraced himself for life.

Yeah, I can understand where you're coming from with that. I think it was one of the greatest games of all times. The greatest goal and the other most controversial goal of all time in the same game.

Thats not a bad statement mate.  Hes a great player and all and that second goal he scored was off the chain.  But if I am honest with you, I am actually not all to bothered about the first one.  At the end of the day he got away with it.  I bet when he jumped up with his arm raised he never thought it was going to be allowed and when it was I bet he was just like shhhhhhhit.  It wasn't actually his fault when you think about it, it was the linesmans and the refs.  Shit I'd do the same to any team if I knew I could get away with it.  I am sure everyone else would too.

Yeah, he did a great job at tricking the refs. He knew his position and theirs, and knowing their angle of perception, all he did was shake his head as if he used his head to hit the ball while he used his fist. LOL. After the game he says "it was the hand of God"

How can anyone from England really give a fuck about that goal? Some of the posters over here weren't even born and the other ones were still in their (very) early childhood. This is like 7even saying I am "still not over '74". That was 10 years before my birth, why would I give a shit? ::)
