quick review of jay-z's "Reasonable Doubt"
makaveli11:
Even though I don't agree with the rating of each song I agree with the 4.25 rating. This is Jay z's best album lyrically and the first few songs production were really nice, but in the middle toward the end of the album there were some really spot production. This album to me is not a classic. Furthest I can go is near classic, but it would have to be at least a 4.5.
Juronimo:
I'd give this album a 3.5. It just doesn't move me in the slightest. I tried listening to the album a few times, but I don't get what makes this album a classic. Jay-Z shows he has some skills but I don't feel the topic matter at all and the production is spotty. Plus some of the material is flat out corny. I like Can't Knock the Hustle, great song.
Theodore:
lol at the pacdiss being a 'flaw'
its a classic album to me.
STAYFRESH:
jay really set the standards for rappers om this album. EVERYTHING HE TALKS ABOUT IS STILL RELEVANT TO TODAY. YOU CAN LISTEN TO EVERY SONG ON THJIS CD. AINT NO NIGGA IS THE SONG I LIKE LEAST ON THIS CD. PRODUCTION WAS COOL, LYRICS WERE GREAT.
