Thanks for the replies...So it's safe to say that its better than Balance&Options.  Not to say that B&O is a shitty album just a lot of filler tracks in my opinion.

Yeah, pretty much...
Picking up the ball from inside his own half, the pint-sized Argentine skipped past challenge after challenge. Always appearing to be on the point of tumbling, he was miraculously able to retain his balance before rounding Peter Shilton and slotting the ball home for a goal manufactured in heaven.

Havent listened to yet alone cop UTI yet. Cant find in a store less than $35
"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

whatttt... Under Tha Influence had more filler tracks than Balance & Options in my opinion homie. tracks like "Change The Game", "Well", "I Dont Wanna Party With You", "Pitch In Ona Party" are amazing. B&O is like a 8/10 to me, and Under Tha Influence 7/10. B&O had a more Quik feel to it than Under Tha Influence, which had Dre's name written all over it. But I gotta say though, Under Tha Influence was put together well, and better than Balance & Options which had alot of leftovers and such

I love both B&O and UTI, but B&O is a lot better and has Quik's signature sound on it.  I think the problem with B&O is that there's no central theme to the album, its essentially a bunch of tracks thrown together.  Also, if you really listen, there's little to no emotion in Quik's voice in that album, it's like he didn't give a fuck.  You could tell Quik put a lot of effort into UTI, but I just wasn't feelin the new sound as much as his old one.
