This movie was downright horrible. I know i said this exact same thing in the dodgeball thread, but i will admit. Dodgeball was at least kind of funny. Anchorman was a horrible movie. First of all (if you take out the comedy) it was pointless. The story sucked. I was watching this and wondering when it would start being funny. Me and about 5 friends went to see this, and all of us thought this movie was completly lame. I barely laughed. The only time i laughed hard was twoards the middle of the movie. Nothing happened in the movie but i laughed because this movie was soooo bad. It was not even funny. This proves that will ferrel is only funny when he plays a jackass (old school).

The only halfway decent scene in the movie was when all the different anchormen were coming out of nowhere to fight the other anchorman, and the funny thing was all the different cameos. Vince Vaughn, Luke wilson, Tim robbins (that came out of nowhere), and ben stiller. that made me laugh because it was so out of place.

i would never recommend this movie, nor would i even recommend a rental of this movie, it was honestly that bad.

Steve Carrell made this movie hilarious for me.  Beggining was weak, middle had ur typical will ferrel comedy, ending was weak.
