Yeah I feel you.  I've never really thought of Gene Hackman as a bad guy, I guess I haven't seen enough of his work.  But he is an awesome actor.

Steve Buscemi as psychotic mass murderer in "Con Air" and appearences in "Desperado", "Pulp Fiction" and "Resevoir Dogs".
The man looks like a total nutcase, and acts even better..
