hey Seer how abt this set of rules.. ?------------------------------------------------------------1. Sellers must sell the item under auction. They must not stop the auction under any circumstances. You may not stop the auction just because the price is too low - you should have set the reserve price to something you are willing to accept. 2. Buyers must buy the item they bid for. Think of your bid as a legal contract for buying the item. 3. No pirated software is to be auctioned on WCC. It's against WCC rules and the law.4. The items should be in fully working order. Selling/Bidding Method * Only sellers may add comments to their auctions. NOBODY is allowed to ask questions or comment in any thread, unless they are the seller. * Sellers should state, at the beginning of the auction, the item description, starting (reserve) price and the length of the auction. Sellers should state EXACTLY what is being sold, such as manuals, original box, receipt etc... * Buyers are to post their bids ONLY. Just the bid amount, no comments or questions. * People with questions should PM the seller, the seller can then add a comment to the thread if he thinks it is appropriate. * This is to stop thread crapping, and also to turn Auctioneers into a proper auction place, like eBay, where you can't openly discuss the auctions. * When the auction is over, the seller should state that the auction is over, say who the winner is, and the final price for payment.
