Bill Gates has earned his money, I'd say 90% of homeless peeps are there because of there own dumbass choices in life and most probably drug addictions.

whats with all this homeless bums question, but anyways definitely the bum giving the last 20 dollars. that money means a lot more to him than bill gates. bill gates aint doin shit by giving $50, thats like .0000000001% of his money stack, if even. bill gates should be donating like 5 billion dollars to the united states to fuckin help out the homeless situation. i really dont understand why you guys are asking these stupid ass homeless questions. like seriously, who is being nicer "bill gates giving you 50 bucks which is like a fuckin 1/10 of a penny to him" , or "the homeless bum giving away his last $20, his entire money supply" give me a break man, it aint that hard to figure out whose being nicer and more genuine.

Well, I wish I wouldn't have read the answer to the analogy, because now you won't trust what I'm saying, but...

If a homeless man gave me his last 20 bucks, I would question his sanity, and I would question why he's harming himself, and how often has he done incredibly stupid things like this, to keep himself homeless.  I would also question how many loved ones he's hurt over the years simply by being homeless, how many people have worried about him, etc. and honestly, I wouldn't have a very high opinion of him. 

If Bill Gates gave me a 50, I would think "That was nice".  So Bill Gates in this situation would be nicer. 

And who cares who's nicer, a norweigan or an American? What's next, average dick size?   Lets all go find our rulers. 

Ultimately, arguing about who's nicer, or which is the better country, is a 'big dick' argument, as I like to call them.  In the end, who cares?
