Lisa-she's a little Liberal,Feminist, hippy, i can see her coming out
Skinner-why not, he might be trying to fool  everyone to keep his mom happy
maggy-who knows they can develope that, she has only one role and that is to suck a pasifire, think about it she's the least developed character.

i seem to remember on a Simpson's board somewhere that it would be Patty falling for a female golfer. She was also hidden (in a closet) during a gay pride parade in Springfield and when she saw Homer's nude body said "there goes my last lingering bit of heterosexuality", so I'm guessing it's going to be her.

I agree Smithers, I mean so obvious that he is gay.  He's in love with Mr. Burns.

The only other character that it might be is one of Marge's sisters.
