Ok so heres how you work this piece. You go to the webpage of the thing you want to extract (the actual page where you can watch the flash), then while that site is open, open this program.

then on the left look for the .swf file that you want. There is a preview window on the right to see it. Then when you find it, right click that filename on the left and click save.
