Yeah it does exist, or has before anyway.  I just remember the cover had a shot of Quik in a low rider on it. 

I think Lil Jay mentioned Nah Nah Nah was on the tracklsting for Q-IV, and I wanna say I remember seeing Late Nite on there as well.  I should have bough it back in the day, but I only had enough money for one CD and got Makaveli 5 instead.  There's so many versions of M5 out there, but I remember the one I got had Late Nite, Wherever U R (feat Big Daddy Kane), U Don't Have To Worry, My Closest Road Doggs.....it was the first time I had seen those particular songs leaked.  I'll try n scan the M5 covers later if I can find the CD, I still got it somewhere

Thats interesting because I remember Quik saying 2Pac was going to be on Rhythmalism and also Daz & Kurupt. Man, I hate you for picking up Makaveli 5 hahaha.

Is that the front cover or back cover?  Either way, imagine if this was the retail version, no We Still Party or Medely For A V....the best two songs on Ryhthm-al-ism!
