Tech officially boycotts the 213 album

I don't understand how if you don't like an album you are hating?  How is that hating?  is everybody just suppossed to luv the 213 album, just because of its name?  the album is boring.  it has absolutely no replay value.  Not a single song sticks in my head and makes me wanna play it over and over.  How is that hating?  I don't like the album, plain and simple, no hate involved whatsoever.

Hating:
Somebody likes So Fly. They find out Missy elliot produced it and they stop liking it.
Somebody wants to take money out of the pockets of the artist by boycotting the CD without hearing a single song off the CD.

I read in a Warren G interview about 3 years ago, they asked him how come he doesn't produce more for Snoop.  Warren replied, "Ask him that question man, maybe he ain't feelin the work I do, I don't know!"

EXACTLY.  All these people on here saying, oh this the best westcoast album this year, oh its great compared to whats been dropping lately, oh you have too high hopes, oh (insert your lame ass fucking excuse here).

yes I do have high hopes - for everything.  just because the rap that comes out these days is so fuckin shitty, doesn't mean I'm just gonna start accepting the crap cause thats all that is new.  Hell, if I never buy another new rap album for the rest of my life, I'd be happier than accepting the fucking bullshit these artists put out as an excuse for an album.

^^^^^ all imo, much better albums than 213.  Ironically, well over half those albums got hardly any attention at all on wcc.  Most people who really like the 213 album on here like it because of the name.  You guys are so brainwashed from it, that no matter how it turned out you would like it.  Its so funny that there are people who actually call this the best westcoast album of 04.  its not even close.  Its not even a top 10 nominee for best album of the year.  And then I'm sure to have some people call me a hater, blah blah blah, I was automatically gonna hate it cause I hate snoop, blah blah blah.  Well I put Spice 1's Tha Ridah, and Bad Azz executive Desions along with the 213 album, and I'm a HUGE fan of those 2 artists.  213 album coulda been great, coulda been classic.  instead it turned out to be your run of the mill avg ass millenium rap album.  a huge dissapointment.

Might I add, had this same album dropped, but as brand new rappers (if you understand what I'm sayin), a good 75% of wcc wouldn't have even checked it out.  and then out of the 25% that did, half yall probably wouldn't think much of it.  and I guarantee NOBODY would call it album of the year.  Savage C's album is a thousand times doper than the 213 album, how many of yall who are so highly praising this 213 album even checked out the Sav album?

I hate most westcoast artists now, they make albums that are shit and expect westcoast fans to buy it just becuase they're a westcoast artist and we gotta support them..FUCK THAT!
