In the statusbar of IE it says IQTest.ag - Teste dich selbst!. How do I get rid of this? Cause that's the only thing the statusbar shows

I just opened another window and that window doesn't have this. So I closed that one window and now I don't have it anymore at all. It's probably spyware, I think, but I wasn't able to find locate it. What do I need to do to get rid of that shit?
