Just answer the questionnaire (quite long) and it will calculate your "real" age health wise against the age you actually are.

My "Real" age: 23.5

Amongst the suggestions:

FIND OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION WHENEVER THE DRIVER HAS BEEN DRINKING

REDUCE YOUR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION TO ONE DRINK A DAY

REDUCE YOUR DRIVING SPEED TO NO MORE THAN 5 MILES PER HOUR OVER THE SPEED LIMIT

A valid age to take the RealAge test is between 20 and 90 years of age.

Well, all you people that diss me, you'll be happy to know my "realage' is 34!  LOL shit, I'll be dead soon. 

It says I should work out more, eat breakfast more, do more strength building exercises, they think I have asthma, I should take vitamins, I speed too much, I talk on the cell phone too much, they think I have high blood pressure, I have too much vitamin C, my weight fluctuates too much, I need to lose weight, I need more folic acid, vitamin E, and more diversity in my diet.  I eat too much Red meat, I don't eat enough Lycopene, Calcium, Fish, and unsaturated fat.  I need more potassium, fruit, vegatables, grain, and need to do flexibility exercises more often.
