E-40 signs with Lil John

 E-40 has linked an album deal with john's label , and has already started to work on the album. Production will be handled by the bay's own Rick Rock and Lil John himself. E-40 is the second westcoast artist to sign with a popular producer, the first being Snoop with the neptunes.

I think 40 would actually go together pretty good with Lil Jon's beats. Have to wait & see though, but at least there's definitely better chances for 40 to shine in the mainstream.
