Never heard it.  The saddest song ever... hmmm.  I'll do the predictible, and just give you a song Brian Wilson wrote at the height of his depression in the 70's.

Poetic's verse is about him having colon cancer.. its the last song he ever recorded.. he was really ill while making it.. he'd been to chemotherapy the morning it was made..  and he died shortly after...

Streiht Up Menace really strook hard when i heard it the first time... probably because it was in the ending credits for Menace II Society.. a pretty sad movie...

and there's some rock songs.. some r&b songs that's sad to me because of things i've experienced myself:
