man ive been smokeing non stop too damn much i need to quit most the time i come to dubcc im stoned and when i go places i am and this whole weekend i had 60 bucks and spent it all on bud and i smoked so much last night i dont even rememebr how i got home cuzz i was somewhere... and i was the most fucked up all my friends were trying to get me to dance but when im high i dont feel like doing shit but chillin by myself and i get all cranky n shit....

i really need to calm down imma lay low imma only smoke and drink and house parties now and once in a while when its there but not too much... anybody feelin me?

yeah thats what im talkin about thats what we do but then when i get high and they come pick me up im the only one high and i feel outta place and i just wanna be left alone like last night i coulda gone to like 3 parties and i aint trying to brag but i coulda but i told my homie just drop my ass off at home im too stoned and i came and crashed and tahts cuzz everyone smoked at the afterparties but i was already to high... do u feel what im sayin?

Just take a small break, 2 weeks is good, your lungs are pretty ressy i can imagine. Mine are hella ressy nowadays I dont really care, I toke every weekend.

so I dunno, just take a small break, is my advice. But if your spending 60$ every weekend thats a problem, I used to and still do spend 40$ myself max, inless its a special ocasion like new years eve or halloween etc. Just go halves on quarters and eighths with your friends, what I did when i was your age and younger. Can't be blowing your money in 2 seconds like that

thats no good man, if your that addicted you should really take a break for more than 2 weeks, try like 2 months and shit.  I also recommend you buy one of these

just pack the stash spot with weed, then whenever you want put the bat in and light it like a chillum.
works great, very easily mistaken for a regular cigarette too
