you missed the point I made.  You banning these people, only does what they want you to do.  obviously everybody knows that they cannot be banned for good, becuz w/ examples of Kain.  so if you just left these people alone, didn't say anything to them, didn't warn them, didn't ban them, I gaurantee they will leave themself.  all you do when you ban one of these guys is give them the attention they are seeking.  I see bans as making this place worse, and not better.  but hey, its your forum, you built it, you pay for it, so you make the decisions.

Overseer, Jamal is like a terrorist.  You can't compromise with him.  The only way to fight him is to totally anhilate him.  You can't temporarily ban him over and over, or try and let him have another chance or something. 

Here's my suggestion, I think it's genius.  Hire somebody (not me) to be a WCC Swat Team.  Their sole job, and sole purpose, is to delete the FUCK out of posts and accounts.  That's all they do.  Make it someone you can trust, and then just give them the keys, and let them delete whoever whenever for whatever.  Fuck it.  This isn't a democracy, yoiu need to rule with an iron fist.

Now I'm not saying go around just deleting shit for no reason, but everytime Jamal signs up, delete his account.  I know it's a headache, but if you had 1 person where that's all they did, it wouldn't take long until his dumbass would realize he has a board life of about an hour before every post he made and his account were deleted.
