Why can't america secure facilities in iraq?

even if they are sneaking around... if america wanted to protect those things, alot of security would be placed around it... everyone knows they'll have a hard time getting 380 tons of explosives and some nuclear equipment to america...all the other land masses around there should worry though

uhh.. no they shouldnt!
the people that should worry are the americans.. they're the enemy... all invading iraq has done is shift the target the terrorists want to hit closer to the the terrorists.
is america safe? yes. safer than at the time of 911? who knows.
are americans, or any other non-muslims (including aid-workers) in iraq safe? hell no.. people that had been there for years, even under saddam are less safe.

i feel alot more safe, look at the last few major terrorists attacks; russia's school, spain train bombing, those hotels bombed in egypt i think it was....so if americans are the enemies...why aren't we getting attacked as much?

those problems are internal to russia.
america would have the same problems if either south america or canadians wanted to terrorise the USA.

you're right, the russian one was out of place but the other two attacks weren't
also cnn reported that this 380 ton estimate comes from what Sadaam was believed to have had before the invasion took place, so it's not like it was stolen recently, it just wasn't around
