mine doesnt monitor.. i'm at work right now. bumpin the new Nas loud.. browsing the forum... and working (yes really.. )

i'm lucky i can be here the 8 hours a day i'm at work.. and get paid for it

they can get a bit funny if i've got a deadline n shit.. but i manage my project time ok.. so its all good

2 places i worked for didn't, the current place i work for (and finish this week!) do. unlucky for me, im the one who has to monitor it & report people. the only guy ive had to report has been caught doin shit twice. once was downloadin shit on kazza, the other was usin servers to look @ porn on the web. co-incidentally, he's been fired

lol reminds me of my last semester of highschool, when i was int he computer lab for the rest of the semester, all we did was listne to music and work on projects, at our own speed.
