 i noticed dre gave shout outs to kurupt, snoop dogg and soopafly. when i heard soopafly i was like wtf, i didnt even know they were that tite. then afterwards i was thinking, shit did dre shout out everyone in dpg but daz? i dont remember him mentioning daz, and if dre mentioned all those other fools but not daz thats some funny shit. cause that would kind of be a diss to daz if he mentioned soopafly whos in dpg but isnt even that good of a friend with.

daz said dre took credit for his work, and daz said all kinds of other shit about dre.  daz even was one of the guy's that said that shit about dre being gay.  so why should dre give him a shoutout?

Also Soopafly came into DPG through Dre. Priest was originally Dre's keyboard man on the Doggystyle album, and then grew a tight relationship with the rest of the DPG, so if it wasn't for Dre, Soopafly would never be DPG. Even Priest says he entered DPG through Dre. And check the old Doggystyle credits, all produced by Dre, and Priest on the keyboards.

Uhh, there's Dr. Dre, I started playin' for him, I was his keyboarder. And through him that's how I met Snoop and Daz, and the rest of 'em, and me and Daz clicked, me and him just kept workin' since then!

You can't read too much into Dre's speech.  Some of it he had written down, but he had 2 pages in his hand and was only reading from the first one... he was so heated he was fuckin' everything up and just saying whatever.  Somebody else noticed that he didn't think Eminem, either, or Warren G, or Daz (the three most notable).  Plus, you can't think everybody anyways, so people shouldn't read too much into it.  It was good to see him thank Eazy E.  Plus, he thanked Tupac, who he wasn't close to at all, you know?  It was just more of an emotional speech than a thought out or 'lemme thank everybody important' speech.
