my pic for a producer who cant rap is keno a new orleans producer who worked with no limit and more recently  turk and bg who droped a cd called my life as a mac which isnt a bad cd due to the guests ( snoop, too short, b.g. c murder and a few others) and strong production but keno is a sorry ass rapper
