Whats that song with Warren, WC and Butch Cassidy?

the chorus is something like "Careful, what you ask for....Get what you need and not want"


I was listenin to an old cd I made a coupole years ago, and this song was on it, and I was really feelin it.  I think its from Warrens "I Want it All" album, but I could be wrong.

Can someone help me out?

Im pretty sure your talking about "Young Locs" Warren G Ft. Wc, Butch Cassidy...
its off the return of the regulator album

yea, i was bumpin ROTR the other day actually.
Young Locs Slow Down is definitly one of the many stand out traccs  8)
