Is this a new Dre track?

I got this song my homeboy sent me that sounds just like Dr. Dre, but I had never heard before, and I donno it sounds like Dre but I don't really think it's him for some reason. He is flowin a lot different from how Dre usually raps but the voice kinda sounds like him. Can somebody tell me who it is?

I guess it's called "Go see the Doc" but one of my homeboys definitely doesn't think it's him, just a sound a like, and my homeboy who sent it says that it is him but he is just flowin a lot diff. Y'all be the judge.

1 - Dre voice is hella deeper
2 - he dont rap that fast

whoever that cat is is a loser for makin a track pretendin to be Dre. his flow nice, but its bein waisted.

LOL. The beat does sound a bit like Dre, and yeah he is sayin the same shit Dre would talk about, but it just soudns different enough to tell it ain't him.

this is weird.. he kinda sounds like dre.. he say he's dre..

he sounds a lil too fast, and flows a lil too well to be dre in places..
voice sounds younger too...

the beat dont hit hard nuff to be dre..

and aint that a eminem carbon-copy in tha bg saying "go cee the doctor" lololol sounds like another copycat like that JAY Z soundalike that dropped a song saying he was JayZ... his name began with "A" i forget his name.
