I see your point, but it was probably Dre who asked X to diss J.D.
Dre doesn't want to diss Suge, so he doesn't want X to diss Suge for him neither.
That would be like: "I can't diss this guy myself, so I gotta let someone else handle this"
Dre dissed J.D. you know, so Dre just let Xzibit finish him off.
