Lil Wayne IS signed to Def Jam
« on: December 15, 2004, 02:26:48 PM »
What's up everybody, this the Birdman, Cash Money number one stunna.

Alot of people have been saying that my son Weezy has left Cash Money for Def Jam, and I am here to straighten this out.

Lil Wayne has been with us since he was a lil boy, I raised him as my own and he has stayed with Cash Money through thick and thin,

For now, he will be working with Def Jam under the guidance of my good friend Jay-Z, this is not a sign that he done had hard times with Cash Money or any issues like that, he is still with us, and will always be with Cash Money.

Wayne will continue to work with Cash Money and will be with us on tours, and other public appearances

Congradulations to my son, and I wish you all the best

when i read the rumor i called cash money and they said that they could not comment. when she said that i had a very good felling that was going to happen.
i have one question. Why Def Jam. Why not UTP or Chopper City and put out another Hot Boys album?

Why not UTP or Chopper City and put out another Hot Boys album?

Because Juve and BG have both dissed Lil Wayne

so why is lil waynes artist real on bgs cd. why did bg use waynes producers on that same song, why did real say young money chopper city at the begining of the song. wayne and geezy are cool. and juve dissed wayne because he was cool with baby and they have also made up

they have
bg and wayne madde up after sq left young money sq dissed wayne and bg stepped up and got on them. afterwards bg said that wayne and him record at the same studio and they put everything asside. wayne has said the same things.

wayne and juve still have a minor grudge but for the most part they are talking and not lashing out at each other. their cool but have no plans to record together anytime soon

Weezy fell off? His flow and lyrics have improved drastically. The Carter has been his best album and one of the best releases this year.
