LOL... yeah man... didn't you know, in California 3 DUI is jail time. Actually one DUI if your fucked up enough is jail time. One guy got life 'cause he was drunk and killed people, DUI's are basically like attempted murder here since we have so many people get killed from drunk driving. I know a few of my friends have passed on from drunk drivers killing them.

I hope Ras Kass stays sober, 'cause even in XXL people said he has a problem, and like a typical alcoholic, he can't admit to his problems.
